Happy almost spring! Can you believe Sunday is the first day of spring? I can’t, but I’m not complaining!
This will be our first spring in NYC. Most of the time we’ve lived in the city its been cold, so I’m excited to wander the warm and sunny streets, getting more opportunities to explore. But I also know I’m really going to miss the springs we spent in Nyack, NY, walking in the morning to get coffee, picking flowers on the way home, there were these beautiful trees with pink falling flower petals… its really going to be different without that aspect of nature in my daily life (I’ll have to take lots of walks to the park!).
In anticipation of missing nature outside, I designed a little plant-inspired desktop wallpaper. This wallpaper features my illustrations of beauty berry, rose hips, lavender and basil.
